okay, for those of you that follow my journals, you know I've been planning on making a ninja RP- I still am, but the story and stuff is totally different allow me to elaborate.

There are six tribes of ninja- the Wind Shinobi, Shadow Ninjas, the Sound Ninjas, the Steel Ninjas, the Water Ninjas, and the Fire Ninjas.
These six tribes (as well as other races) preside on a large continent known as Terra. They all live in separated provinces- and prefer not to interfere with each others business.

those who are not ninjas, but are mere human beings- are known as Feudals. They live in other provinces all around the six tribes of ninjas.

By the way, this is just a very very very very quick run through so it may be confusing.

Anyway- the Feudals base of politics is the High Major Province. This is basically the meeting type place for the Council and stuff.
The High Major Province is also where the Zodiac council- the twelve most elite ninja that govern the Laws of Shinobi. Twelve members, two ninjas from each tribe. As you probably guesssed, the council of the Zodiac is based off of the 12 animals of the Zodiac, and some members resemble there chosen animal.
Dragon- always the head of the council- Power and Wisdom
Horse- protection and nurturing
Monkey- Clever and Versatile
Boar- Rebellious and powerful
Snake- Deceptive and hidden
Dog- Loyal and Fun
Rabbit- Speed and timid
Rooster- Arial and Proud
Tiger- Balance with Agility
Ox- Blind Power
Rat- Intelligence and Distance
Ram- Gentleness and friendlyness

So that covers the council, these people can be RP characters.
now then, every 100 years, all three moons in the night sky are new, meaning the night is completely dark.
The feudals celebrate this time to have a huge festival in the Fall Province.
But the ninjas revere this time as a gift from the Gods. The council of the Zodiac elect 1 ninja from each tribe to go to an island called the Shadow Blackland. here, the Shadow Solstice (as the six ninjas are called) meditate at a shrine, and do some sort of rejuvinating chakra ceremony, (I'll get into details later.)
These six characters are up for grabs.

The bad guys, The Spiral Cult.
the Spiral cult are basically trying to destroy the foundation of Chakra via the Solstice, and take over the world in a grueling and evil manner.
There are many members of the cult, but it is led by Eight elite ninja.
The leader of the cult (only this character has a name, other than that, you may create the names for your characters and stuff.) is Spiral. He is very strong and more powerful than the Solstice and Zodiac combined. The other seven leaders are-
A masked Strategist (tribe unknown)
A Sonic Guitarist (from the sound village)
The Sniper Follower (from the shadow village)
The seductive Dancer (from the water village)
The Chained Prisoner (from the fire village)
The Restricted Gauntlet (from the steel village)
The Serpentine claw (a snake hybrid, village unknown)

So, if you don't want to be a ninja, you can be a feudal- a samurai, a bard, a political leader, whatever you desire.

How to identify the ninjas:
Wind ninjas have blank eyes.
Shadow ninjas have glowing eyes and shadowed black skin.
sound ninjas have dark eyes
water ninjas have watery eyes- they usually wear goggles to hide them
Fire ninjas have red or orange eyes
Steel ninjas have solid eyes.
