- Childhood: Silas was a frail child, often taking ill leaving him inside seeking the company of his families books. His father was a lively biologist whose studies were focused on Marine Life. Silas fondly remembers grand stories of underwater creatures his father faced and some fabricated fantasies of what may lie in the deep. This early respect and love of science lead to summers of Silas studying large, dry books on the subjects of anatomy and creation.
He grew up in his childhood home in Austria, in a quaint home near a lake, a picturesque mountainscape filled his head when asked to think of home. His parents insisted on acquiring two dogs as pets - to fill the home when his parents left for their work. Leaving Silas with his nanny, and two Alpine Dachsbracke hounds: Beowulf, and Grendel. Reflecting his strong love of fantasy and mythology.
Adolescence: As his knowledge base grew, his appetite for the strange ends of science grew. Finding himself in the company of scholars who claimed to develop monsters or study them - often probed by Konstantin's curiosity for weeks to follow. Which often left Konstantin disappointed in their false claims and exaggerations or they would simply stop replying. His frustration in achieving any accountable science research behind a theory that began to slowly possess the avid, young scholar.
Current: Ascension of the Human Body - the act of evolution and alteration of the human form. This idea tantalized, and eluded Konstantin during his years at college. Graduating early for his age, he was granted money for research. Obtaining a distant relative's permission to use their second home in Britain as a makeshift home and lab, his funding provided by family and college left the scientist to scour for leads. Leaving him to a rumored creature, a scientist who genetically mutated himself into a monster. or so the claims say.
