"In the face of uncertainty, it's easy to doubt oneself. I choose not to follow that mindset. I can see my aspirations even when obstacles are blocking my path. As long as my eyes are on the prize...I will never lose my way again."
Full Name: Adele Ferdinanda Zee
Age: Twenty-Four [24]
Hometown Origins: Born in Aekea.
Occupation: Owner of 'Harmonic Euphony', a shop that sells various musical instruments ranging from medium to high prices for their quality and brand. She has less than eight employees hired on to manage the shop.
Personal History:
As a child:
Adele was not a social butterfly during her childhood years. She was quiet and often found it hard to make conversations with her peers for long periods of times. Adele didn't find stuff like playing with dolls or other physical activities interesting. However, she did love listening to music a lot; so much that when she was still in kindergarten, she played a popular song on the xylophone. Adele's teacher picked up on Adele's natural talent and informed Adele's parents about it. Adele's family made the decision to get a jump-start on Adele's career as a musician.
Entering into her pre-teen stage and Adele was learning to play the piano, guitar, violin, and clarinet. Although Adele enjoyed playing music, it served a purpose in trying to find her way in life. As she searched through hundreds of songs composed by the musicians of old, a piece by Claude Debussy known as 'Clair de Lune' invoked a strong emotion within her. It gave her a vision of what she wanted to become in life.
The owner of her music store where she could give other kids or fellow musicians the best quality of instruments. However, to reach such a goal, she needed confidence in herself when speaking to others. Adele took it upon herself to watch videos of people who shared in the social awkwardness that Adele felt every day talking to kids her age. Adele spoke to people online who shared the same problem as her; that was enough to give her comfort that she was never struggling alone. However, she noticed some of them talked about how they wanted to change but never did.
That's when Adele took her first step forward in talking to others during her school time.
She made some mistakes, looked like a fool or idiot at others, but Adele had been able to make friends despite her losses. Adele felt her confidence and strength as an individual grow with the people she talked to. She no longer felt like a loner in a classroom and Adele was able to share her music with her friends. As the days went by and middle school was approaching, Adele had been to create her own small group of loyal friends she could count on.
High school era:
Adele would eventually meet someone who she started feeling attraction to in high school. But Adele's friends picked up the signs that something was wrong with the person Adele was interested in. While Adele was being pulled into the person's charm, Adele's friends looked into the past of Adele's interest. They revealed the truth to Adele that in the past that Adele's current interest had former lovers that were abused by the person Adele was falling for, but refused to speak out against them.
Although Adele didn't believe them at first, Adele moved to confront her interest about the matter. That's when Adele picked up the signs that her interest may be lying to her, so Adele went to her friends to speak to the victims. Adele's fears had been confirmed from the victim's testimonies and Adele decided to cut all ties with her former interest for the sake of her own safety. That's when tragedy nearly struck as one of Adele's friends was attacked after school by Adele's former interest. Adele moved to defend her friend and retaliated by punching her friend's assailant.
That single act of defense would give Adele the strength to see the hardships life had to offered if she waived in the people she believed in. Adele's "interest" had been taken away by the police and though Adele had gotten in trouble herself with a suspension, she did not regret her actions at all. This incident would prove to be the only notable event of interest in her high school life.
Into adult years:
Graduation arrived and Adele along with her friend parted ways since they would all be going to different colleges. She expressed her gratitude to them for accepting Adele so many years ago when she had been nothing more than wallflower. They admitted that they probably wouldn't have been friends if Adele didn't have the courage to step forward and talk to them. Adele's friends admitted they judged her harshly during their youth and apologized. Adele simply laughed it off, feeling relieved that because of her own strength, she was able to change for the better and gain friends from it.
Adele took two years off to find jobs to experience the life of a working adult. She worked as a waitress, cashier, and warehouse worker all for the sake of improving herself when dealing with people and day-to-day problems. Somewhere along the way, she adopted a small cat for herself and named it 'Sonia'. She found it strange she just wanted a pet all of a sudden, but the company at her apartment proved to be nice as well. Sonia already worked her way into Adele's heart, being the lovable and gentle feline she was. This eased the loneliness from not being able contact her old friends as frequently as they used to.
After those two years, Adele headed into college for business and music. Her college years were uneventful and time flew by. She bought a used car, but it needed some maintenance so Adele found a car shop owned by a cute mechanic called Sam. For Adele, it felt like love at first sight but some strange feeling in her gut told her not to get involved in that way with Sam. Though that didn't stop Adele from admitting she found Sam cute. The flustered look Adele received from Sam was more than enough to put that feeling of attraction to rest. Sam spent some days working on Adele's car and when Adele arrived to pick it up when she got the call it was ready, Adele said one final thing to Sam before driving off.
"If things happened differently for me, I probably would have been completely smitten just by the sight of you. Sounds weird, I know...but I just wanted to be honest admitting that feeling. Even knowing it'll probably never be reciprocated."
Adele said that with tears streaming down her face. She didn't understand why she felt such pain saying all that to a stranger. Sam looked even more confused than Adele, but decided not to comment. Even so, Adele persisted and smiled at Sam one last time.
"Sorry, I'm just being a weirdo. Heh...Whoever gets to be your special someone will be a very lucky person."
Adele wanted to say 'I wished it could be me', but decided against it. She was going to fight against this strong feeling of attraction for Sam. Adele had no idea where it came from and would stand her ground against it until she knew the truth of why. Until that day came, however, Adele would stick to her dreams than the feelings of love.
She never did find out the reason why. Maybe it was better that way.

"WG" Past: Another story lost in the echoes of time. Only pain resides in this brief retelling of what happened to the old version of herself.
The "Adele Zee" of the past in another time and place no longer exists. She was a shy individual that lacked the strength and conviction to persevere through the struggles of life. The "Adele" of the past had fallen in love at first sight to a girl named Sam, her boss that she was employed under. Though "Adele" would fall in love with Sam, it was a love never meant to last. Before "Adele" started dating the Sam of her world, she had been dating an abusive girlfriend that she eventually cut ties with.
Unfortunately for "Adele" the sin of her past would come back to haunt her. That ex-girlfriend had taken advantage of "Adele" when Sam and "Adele" recently had an argument with one another. "Adele" would eventually flee and try drinking alcohol for the first time. "Adele's" former girlfriend took advantage of "Adele's" drunken state and recorded their "quickie" as blackmail material. The next morning when "Adele" had sobered up in a hotel room, she would find a mail with an attachment on her phone. From there, "Adele's" ex made her demands very clear: Break up with Sam and quit the job or have the video publicized.
"Adele" felt she had no choice but to accept the demands. However, if she had the strength to believe in herself, there could have been several ways to have avoided this situation. Unfortunately, "Adele" was nothing more than a weak willed individual in her currently life. "Adele" followed through with her ex's demand, losing a lover that she had been happy with and was willing to apologize for their previous disagreement had she never placed herself in such a horrible position. From this point on, whatever hope and happiness "Adele" had in her heart disappeared forever.
Being jobless for several months, "Adele's" ex took her in when "Adele" could no longer afford her own apartment. The physical and sexual abuse took its toll to the point where "Adele" started to lose her mind. When "Adele" was dragged into a forest by her ex, there were several men waiting there. Each of them had their way with her body and at the end of the session, "Adele's" mind was completely broken. "Adele's" ex came to the conclusion that she was bored of "Adele" and chose to hang her from a tree.
Thus came an end to the life of "Adele Zee" who had been reported missing. Nobody would find her corpse and to this very day, "Adele" was probably still rotting and hanging on the tree in the middle of a forest. The Sam of "Adele's" world would never know the reason why "Adele" walked out of her life suddenly and never will. Sam would eventually move on with her life and slowly forget "Adele" and their time together. Or at least Sam would if "Adele" hadn't left something behind at the car shop.
"Adele's" signature hat which Sam didn't feel like removing for some odd reason. When Sam would look at the hat from time to time, she would remember their more happier times together. Although Sam wasn't expecting "Adele's" return, she had hope in her own heart that "Adele" would find happiness wherever she was.
It's just too bad that happiness was found in death.
