Race: Devil, though it's under a broad class of demons in general (but not a succubus)
Occupation: "Whatever you want~" Lilura's primarily a demon for summon (not to be confused for a familiar though). As long as the deal is good, she'll do whatever her summoner needs of her.


Personality:
-She can be quite the brat.
-Her morals can be all over the place, but she's mellowed out a lot over the centuries. She'll still cause chaos for her own fun, but it's generally less violent chaos.
-She's normally very energetic and happy. Partially because she doesn't quite care enough about a lot of things to feel truly offended by much and also because she finds little point in getting upset over something that likely won't matter in a few days. Living for a few centuries really tends to put things like that into perspective in weird ways. But she'll toooootally put on an act for sympathy
-Personal space has no meaning in her world; hugs, holding onto/hanging off someone, poking, tickling, and whatever else she's feeling like can be sprung on anyone at her whim.
-She can be very caring/protective to those that she's grown attached to.
-She's not great at being forceful with her persuasion, which is partly one of the reasons as to why she focuses more on being summoned to make her deals vs showing up out of the blue to convince a deal out of someone.
-Carrying out a contract is a very impersonal thing for her, so a victim today could be a summoner or ally tomorrow, but "recently" she's made a few caveats to things that she won't do in a deal.

Despite meat dishes being the most appropriate of human foods for a demon, Lilura's grown to dislike most things made with meat over the years.


Powers/Abilities:
Demonic Fire: As with any good demon, Lilura has the ability to summon up and control fire. In general she can only summon up to five flames about the size of her fist (though smaller flames are possible too).

Let's make a deal: It's like making a wish on a genie, you'd better be careful for what you ask~ Depending on what sacrifice is made, Lilura can boost just about anything for someone, provide any of her other powers as aid, or use her powers to create things from nothing. The better the sacrifice (and this can be veeeeeeery subjective), the larger the boost/amount of help. As a general rule of thumb, there's nothing that's inherently out of the question as far as requests go, but if a request sounds like it's not in her best interests then she'll deny it. It also has to seem like a "fair" request, though it's entirely up to her what she deems to be fair.

Relm jumping: Lilura can freely bring herself between Earth and Hell at just about any time. The exception to this is she can't do so if she's currently under contract unless whoever summoned her allows her to. Once she is out of the contract, by whatever means, then she is free to jump again.

Shape shifting: Lilura has a few different forms that she can shift between. The most common is her humanoid demon form; it's her favorite and most people see her like this. There is her actual demon form, which is her least favorite on the basis of it being "not cute." This form she'll never go into willingly, but it occasionally happens when a summoning is screwed up or her powers are sealed. The last form is her human form, where she can disguise herself as your regular ol' normie.

Resurection: Lilura can be killed, most things can after all, but as a demon she doesn't stay dead forever. If she's killed by average, mundane ways (ie: throat slit, major head wound, sudden lack of body parts, etc...) it may take her a few hours to reform, however if she's done in by holy means, then it could take a few decades or so for her to reform.

Flight: Despite how little her wings might look, Lilura is more than capable of achieving flight for extended periods of time with a little help from her magic. However, if she's weighed down just a little too much, there's about a 20lb window, she can barely even flutter off the ground.

Summoned help: Lilura has the ability to summon other beings to aid her. The magnitude of the summon can depend on a few different factors, and it can include anything from extremely simple beings such as hellhounds or bats all the way up to other friendly (to her) demons.

Other generic demonic abilities are hit or miss, just feel free to ask her if you're curious about a certain one~ And, most of her abilities run on the rule of funny principle anyway. So, if it's more humorous for her to suddenly not be able to fly away from something, guess who's grounded? Or if she gets all dolled up only to suddenly poof into her actually demonic form, it's totally going to happen.


Fun Facts:
Extra lil' bits that either don't fit above, or require more of an explanation
* Lilura has a medium sized family, with three older siblings and both of her parents. Her relationship with each of them varies greatly.
* While most authority figures barely register on her radar, high ranking demons or clergy can both make her act on her best, and very ridged, behavior. If she's made aware of their ranks anyway.
* Lilura identifies as being asexual. She might enjoy flirting/acting promiscuous for laughs or to embarrass someone, but she has absolutely no desire to actually do anything sexual. However, she hasn't come out to her family about this yet.
* She's only ever taken in one live child sacrifice, and the story behind it is why she'll never do so again.
* She has a "small" collection of goat plushies/goat related accessories. (In all honesty, the collection is quite expansive)
* Lilura has terrible offensive skills. She's just slightly better than the average human in anything hand to hand. Where her power lies is in boosting/buffing existing skills in others (or occasionally herself) or summoning up help. She's put almost all of her focus into these areas so she's gotten quite talented/powerful in them. Buuuuut her go to moves when dealing with combat is still to either run away or immediately surrender and then just be a pain to her captor(s).
* She's slowly, very slowly training to be something of an ambassador of Hell like her father. Basically, something of a neutral party between Heaven, Hell, and Earth to help relations and discussions run smoothly, especially during times of tension. She has a lot of maturing to do before then though.
* She's surprisingly very, very organized, at least with her own belongings. Perhaps it's the centuries of dealing with the hell of bureaucracy in Hell, but she's very meticulous about where things go, how they need to be organized, what condition they should be in, and the like.
* Newbie summoners are always her favorite, mostly because she enjoys scaring them at first then happily teaching them the dos and don'ts of dealing with demons.
