Meds are changing hopefully for the better, but work is too at the same time, as our Office Workers are gone, well let go, not fired. The company that is merging with the company I work for is changing things.
Our HR/ Office has been mostly "Let Go" about 18 of them, except our HR Manager , who is now Regional HR Manager, pay changes, hours/ shift changes.
Other smaller things are happening to the small potatoes like me and new workers but not bad things necessarily yet.
There is a lot to deal with, this will take time, some time.
