I thought I should add this, just to explain some things about the War...

ninja v. twisted

The War is held in the land of Camrift, which I invented a few years ago for a book. I couldn't be bothered making another name up. Camrift is known as the "Great Eastern Land" by its westward neighbours, who invade them in my book.

The ninja base is situated in northern Camrift. Why? Because, in the North there are desert plains. (Or at least, according to the map I made there are.) I just associate ninjas and deserts. I don't know why.

The demons were sent from the underworld through Hemnit's Volcano (don't ask). The demons' job is to generally cause havoc, but the ninjas were all.... good. (I am aware that there are ninja assassins and things. These one are just good.)
So, the demons staged a war with the ninjas and their crude village-- a village which had grown from the ninjas' partners and children-- and began to kill the people.

So, now that you know basically what this whole "War" is about, maybe you should read the journal entries.
