tried out Shirataki noodles I had seen a keto friendly chicken noodle soup recipe on youtube using Shirataki noodles in place of regular noodles. mom and I happened to find some spaghetti shaped Shirataki noodles at the local grocery store so I picked up a pack. I was not mad at them! they felt like eating real noodles. this is giving me hope to stay on track with my keto journey. whee
