There was a person who tried to mock my beliefs and opinions regarding my relationship with Christ, and how I perceived Jesus to be number one in my life before my marriage. And despite his arrogant comments and the fact that he was trying to get a reaction from me, I still chose to love him and to pray for this person. It's what Christ would want us to do and that's how we follow His example.

For you have been called to live in freedom, my brothers and sisters. But don’t use your freedom to satisfy your sinful nature. Instead, use your freedom to serve one another in love. For the whole law can be summed up in this one command: “Love your neighbor as yourself.”
