I actually heard someone say that. Like, not even online. In actual speech. Language is a form of expression, in which one conveys his thoughts, ideas, and opinions (or those of others, in some cases) to another person. These can range from what I had for dinner last night to what Ken thinks of Barbie's new "girlfriend." These are important topics! And can you really expect someone to understand you when you can't seak correctly? I mean, I'm all for slang, but "Yo wut up ma homie g-izzle, fo schizzle," is not slang. It is just plain stupid. If you're just saying it to be funny.... well, it isn't even all that funny. And then there are those who can't speak English at all. It used to be a requirement in America to learn English before becoming a citizen. Now the freaking oath you have to take is written in Spanish! The national language of the United States is enlish, as our forefathers so carefully voted on (we were actually only a small perccentile away from speaking German. Not that there's anything wrong with German, or Spanish for that matter). So please, I beg of you. If you are one of those illegal immigrants, do us all a favor and at least learn English. I could care less if you're illegal, but I would still like to be able to order a burger at McDonalds without a translator.
