"Ada, you are not only special, but you are also the key to my success..." A man in a chair said to himself out loud while watching a screen in front of him. "Go and test her Magus." A young man, around the age of fifteen with long sky blue/gray hair and a white T-Shirt and pointed blue tented ears, as is the rest of his skin, and a pair of black pants with normal brown boots and a red cloak, bows. "Yes Sir." He said as he teleports.
A fourteen year old girl with short bushy deep silver-blue hair and topaz colored eyes, which are covered with a pair of square glasses, was twirling and dancing, with a white plate, in her kitchen. She had on no shoes and a pair of army sweat pants and a white baggy shirt with the words, "I'm immature, unorganized, lazy and loud, BUT I'M FUN!" on it.
The kitchen was around 20'x23', a normal sized kitchen. There was a dishwasher in pieces next to the two part sink. One side of the sink had soapy water in it and the other side had the facet running. The refrigerator was a dark blue color and had the automatic water/ice dispenser. They're cabinets where about 3" apart with handles that where white to match the white tile on the ground. The walls of the kitchen that where between the top cabinets and the counters was covered in a dark blue, the frig matched the tile. The cabinets where the normal dull brown colors all cabinets are.
A young man is sitting down in a room that has large computers and even larger machines. The one that he is standing at looks like a metal detector. He looked around twenty with short black hair and a pair of round professor glasses on. He had beautiful pair of lush green eyes under his glasses. He was wearing a black work shirt and brown work pants with a white lab coat over them. He also had a pair of pretty pink bunny slippers on his feet over his black socks. He was looking at papers that of which where all over his desk. He was drawing things on a little blueprint. The room was also covered with the papers he was looking at only the papers had blueprints of all the machines that where all over the room. Not a very clean man really.
He hears a large 'THUD' and 'CRASH'. He looks up and runs out of the room and into the kitchen doorway to see the girl holding her hand and a plate on the ground close to her. The man runs in next to her and bends down. "What happened Ada?"
The girl looks at him. "I cut myself after falling on my butt 'cause of the stupid water on the ground!" She said, not in a yell, but very angrily.
"Let me see." Said the man while holding out his hand for hers.
She holds her hand up with a huge gash in the middle. "Don't, ouch!" She tried to warn him while in pain.
"Yep, you cut it good. Come on, to the lab!" He says while picking her up and starting to carry her through the house.
"I can walk Uncle Nehemiah." She said irritated.
Nehemiah shacks his head. "Nope, you could fall again. Wouldn't want that to happen! Oh dear no!" He was saying this all sarcastically trying to get her in a better mood. He walks her through the dining room witch was the same colors a such as the kitchen, only cabinets weren’t on the top of the walls, just on the bottom. It was bigger then the kitchen though. Around 25'x25'. Papers where all over the dining room table as well. The table was around 10'x9'. He also walks her past the large living room witch was around 30'x35' with a large flat screen television and sofa's all ‘round. There was a love seat in the corner and a few single seats here and there. There was a very big coffee table in the center that had costars and books and more papers all over it. It was around 5'x3'. It was made of glass and metal, very beautiful.
He walks her up to three doors all in a line horizontally. The one on the right was the bathroom. It had a sign on it that at the moment said empty. The one on the left has a whole lot of signs all over it that said many different things. Nothing bad, just things like; 'Enter at own risk', 'Teen Wild Do Not Enter', and so on and so forth. The door in the middle had a large sign in the middle/top of it that said; 'DANGER, do not enter'.
He walks into the bathroom and sits her on the sink and bends down looking in the medicine cabinet under the sink. "Let’s see.....J-J Cream.... Where could it....Ah hah! Found it, and the bandages." He stands up and smiles. "Give me your hand." She holds it out to him. He takes it looking at it and starting to tend to it. She closes her eyes. "Ouch..." Nehemiah sighs. "What did you think it would do? Tickle?"
Ada shacks her head. She wasn't crying, but she was close to. "No, but it isn't supposed to hurt this bad is it?"
"Ada, hunny," He says tieing the bandage and looking at her. "When you cut a huge gashing wound in your skin, it's gonna hurt. No matter how hard you try for it not to. Okay?"
Ada nods. "I know. I just thought that it would hurt less then this. How deep is it?"
Nehemiah shrugs. "It doesn't need stitches, but you’re lucky. There's not any glass in it."
Ada smiles. "How’s your teleported of yours coming?"
Nehemiah sighs. "Great! ....If it would work." He walks into the room that has the huge 'DANGER' sign hanging on it. Ada follows him into his lab, which was to room he was in when you starting reading this story. "V'Welcome to my la-bor-a-tory!" He walks over to the device that looked like a metal detector. "And 'this! 'This, is the key 'to my plan to v'rule the v'world! V'Bwhahahahahahaha!"
Ada walks over to it. "Doesn't look like you can get teleported to a different state to me...."
Nehemiah glares at her. "Well! You just love crushing my dreams don't you?" He then puts his hands on his hips like a girl.
Ada smiles walking through it. "It's my job Uncle Nehemiah."
Nehemiah chuckles. "I suppose so... Hey, don't walk through it yet. It's not finished. I'm still working on a few things."
Ada walks through it again. "Not like I'm gonna teleport or anything..." As soon as she says that, Magus teleports into that room behind the teleporter. His ability as a dark elf was allowing him to become invisible. He then starts to tweak around with the controls. Nehemiah looks at his computer. "That's wired.... Hey Ada," He says looking over at where she WAS. But he was to late. Magus had already messed with he teleporter enough to make it teleport Ada to a different place, and not a state. "Ada?!" He yelled jogging over.
Magus looks away. "Mission complete." He said as he then teleported different wires away, as in, not in that room and then he himself teleports back into the room he was in in the beginning of this chapter.
"My mission is complete Sir." Said Magus as he bowed.
The man in the chair smirks. "Good.... then she is here?"
Magus nods. "Yes sir. As you wished."
"Your to good to me Magus. To good." Said the man in the chair.
