So I wait until its my turn and I ask Alex, the answer man, "Where's the inn?"
Silence ensues...
"Hello?"
"No one's ever asked me that before... come this way..." he told me, and pulled a lever, that revealed a secret passage. We went up and down and aroun, for a while, and then we found the inn, my sidekick decided to go find food. I signed in, for $52, not gold, dollars. I actually pulled out my wallet, the one I have IRL, and payed the guy with a 100 dollar bill, which I have no idea where I got it, may be off the monsters. When I went to my room, I stayed for a few minutes, and then I heard a knock. I went to the door. Kim was there with a really really big box. About six feet long, and 3 feet high. She wheeled it in.
"This is also part of our city's thanks. Open it after I leave, and you can't give it back. Have a nice day..." Kim told me before running out of my room, and slamming the door. I opened up the box to find Alex, the answer man in it.
"I don't care what she says, you're being returned. I don't want to have to pay for two inn rooms whenever I go adventuring." I told him.
"Uh... hi..." he muttered. I went to the door, and looked out the peephole. Kim was standing there. Then my sidekick came back, and saw my 'present'.
"Haha," she muttered. "You're the hero. Your problem."
"Alex, go out the fire exit."
"What?"
"GO NOW!"
"Sheesh." and he left, and I got up, because my mom yelled at me to get up.
