(The dark eco crystal-an item so evil that a simple touch will cause you to go haywire at times. If whole body touched/tossed onto the dark eco crystal,that creature/person will become completely evil.)

Knuckles (thinking) : Dark eco crystal?
Rouge (thinking) : It sounds familiar to me somehow...
Jenny (backing a little away from it) : I sense something evil inside it- pure evil.
(Tails is off of Cosmo.)
Cosmo (also backing a little away from it) : Me too.
Shadow: This is something I didn't tell you about-it was that dark object that you saw in the dreadful part of the Gate World.
*Everyone except Shadow and Jenny gasp*
Rouge (thinking) : That's why it sounded familiar!
Jenny: Dreadful part? Gate World? What's all this about?
Sonic: Something you don't know about.
*The asteroid with part of the dark eco crystal falls onto the ship*
Amy (positioning her hammer on top of asteroid) : I'll try hitting it.
Shadow: No don't!
Amy (confused) : Eh?
Tails: You'll just be backfired like Rouge and me.
Shadow (thinking) : That's not exactly the point. If her hammer touched it,the darkness would flow threw her body causing her to become of what Knuckles has become.
*Shadow looks at Knuckles again*
Knuckles (thinking) : Why does he keep looking at me?!
Jenny: Agility!
*A small wind circles around Jenny and disappears in a few moments*
Jenny: Just trying to soothe my body.
Back inside the ship.......
Cream: Cheese,I don't think I'll ever figure this out-there are too many hard words!
*Cheese makes some agreeing sounds*
Espio (coming in) : Allow me to help-after all,I'm the smartest in my group.
*Espio looks at the complicated words and the notes that were being taken inside the ship from the conversation on the deck*
Espio: I've never heard of any of this before...
Vector (pushing him away) : Back off-I'm the smartest!
*Espio falls down*
Charmy (with a sweatdrop ) : Sorry for his rudeness,Espio. Hehe.
*Vector presses random buttons,making as if he knew what's going on*
Vector (pressing more random buttons) : Let's see...um...crystal,dark,um...Gate,World...
Cream: Vector,do you know what you're doing?
Vector: Of course!
*Vector accidently presses "RELEASE" and sends a used-to-be-caged virus throughout the ship's system*
Vector (hands over head) : Agh!
Espio: There he goes making another mistake.
Big: He's in trouble.
Froggy: Ribbit.
Back onto the deck.....
*Shadow again tries to reach for the eco crystal*
*The ship rocks side to side*
Cosmo and Jenny: Aahh!!
Amy: Sonic!
Sonic: Tails,what's going on?!
Tails (flying) : I don't know!
Rouge (also flying) : Why is there a system problem now?!
Knuckles (trying to keep his balance) : Tails,was there any locked up virus you had in the ship?!
Tails: As a matter of fact,yes! Someone must have accidently released it!
Rouge: Well,fix it then!
Jenny (looking around,flying with her wings) : The doors are shut tight! We can't get back in!
Cosmo (trying to keep her balance) : Also the windows!
*The asteroid with the dark eco crystal starts to fall off the ship*
Knuckles (noticing it) : Oh no!
*He runs toward the asteroid and grabs it before it falls off*
*Black light streams out uncontrollably as a reaction of the holding*
*Knuckles tosses it back onto the ship's deck,and some black bruises appear on Knuckles's arms*
Knuckles (thinking) : What is this?!
Jenny (flying towards the windows) : Wing Attack!
*Jenny's wings hit the windows,but the windows do not break*
Rouge (flying toward Knuckles) : Knuckies,your arms!
Knuckles (grasping his right arm with the left,whispering to himself) : It hurts a lot...
Rouge (getting near Knuckles) : Knuckies?
*The black light shocks her from Knuckles*
Rouge: Ow! What was that?!
Knuckles (standing up,trying to endure the pain from the eco crystal) : Rouge...let's get helping..our...friends...
Rouge (flying) : But you can't in your condition!
Knuckles: I can handle anything...
Rouge (doubtfully) : Okay,let's get going.
*They dash to the windows while the ship starts to lose balance*
Sonic: Aah! Amy,you are weighing me down!
Amy (holding onto Sonic's stomach) : Sorry!
Shadow (thinking,losing balance) : I saw what Knuckles did-he doesn't know about what happens when you simply touch or grab it...
Inside the ship (Again) .......
Charmy and Espio (shouting at Vector) : Now look what you've done!
Vector (shouting back at them) : It was an accident!
*Cream and Cheese scream frightened screams*
Big (hiding) : Stay near me,Froggy!
Froggy (scared) : Ribbit!
Outside the ship (Again) ........
Jenny (trying to break open the windows) : Mega Punch! Whirlwind! Take Down!
*She uses all those attacks but doesn't break the windows*
*Jenny pants heavily*
Rouge: Jenny,stop wasting your energy!
Jenny (panting heavily,on the ground) : I have...to help...you guys...
Knuckles: We'll take over!
Jenny (thinking) : Look at how many bruises on his arm he has! What happened? It's the same color as his tail's tip!
Jenny (nodding her head) : All right.
Knuckles (postioning to punch the windows) : I'll punch it!
Rouge: You saw Jenny-not even her punches could bre-
*Knuckles punches the windows,and the windows break*
Rouge (surprised) : Never mind,then.
Tails: Everybody inside!
*Everybody rushes inside (even Shadow),and the asteroid with the eco crystal falls inside a box inside the ship*
(Strange isn't it? It just fell into a box inside the ship.)
Tails (sitting on the commander's seat) : Where is that button?!
*He looks around and presses the "CAPTURE" button*
*The shaking and moving stops*
Big (outside of his hiding place) : Phew!
Froggy (happy again) : Ribbit!
Tails (pressing a few buttons) : I'll fix the windows.
Jenny (pushing Shadow) : Come on,you were useful enough.
Shadow : Uh-
*Jenny pushes Shadow into the feeling illusion*
Shadow: I finished my part of the deal,at least.
*He goes back to watching Eggman*
Rouge: Knuckles,you should get to the resting room.
Knuckles (gripping his right arm) : Does it look that obvious?
Rouge: Yeah,it does.
Knuckles: All right.
*Knuckles walks to the resting room*
Shadow (thinking) : It was life-risking and life-threatening of what the Knuckles did. He doesn't realize that a simple touch or grab of the eco crystal can cause something bad. But it's good for me because in the future,a surprise will await them...

Shadow: I'm not telling.
