A large group of puppies overthrew the government today and we bill collecting everyone's taxes: $100 worth of doggy biscuits by the end of this month. If the people do not comply they will be sentenced to 5 months of community service picking up dog...droppings. Anyone who attempts rebellion will be imprisoned and forced to spend up to 20 years in obedience training. That will be all...thank you for your time. Peace out.
