Playing with Venomous!
A friend of mine Crystal called me up Tuesday and told me that she was in a delema. She said that her snake, who is an unknown venomous snake, has a bump near her a**l and she needs help. She knows that the only experience I have with venomous snakes is that I've relocated two Copperheads. But then the only other people who could help her would be her boyfriend Jake who is too slow to react. This venomous is related to the Bomslang, one very fast and venomous snake!!! And the other person of choice would be Jessica who is experienced but spastic!!! Plus, she can't keep a cool head. I was surprizingly the best choice to help so I grabbed goddess_elppy and sailorjupitermakoto, b/c they wanted to see Crystal and left. When I got there she had her baby in a secure bucket in a pillow case. She took her over to her enclosure and tried to slowly put her in her new enclosure and then she grabbed her head, with welding gloves, on while she was still coming out of the bag. The bump looked like an absese to me so I told her to put the snake over the tub and I got some kleenex and lightly squeezed the absese out through her cloaca. I called it! Absese! I squeezed as much junk as possible and then I squeezed some Neosporin in the infected area. I told her to give it a week if it doesn't go down then we can try again.
