You my love are an angel full of divine inspiration,
My morning star that shines on even as the sun tries to suppress it.
The shower of rain that falls while it's still sunny creating a garden of rainbows to blanket the sky,
The first snow fall that enamors everyone and brings out the youthfulness that lurks in all hearts.
The cup of hot chocolate that warms an entire body even on the coldest of days,
The play that leaves no eye dry and no seat filled once it's over.
The letter kept in a special box by the bed so that it can be read every night,
You are the rosebud that has yet to bloom brimming with potential to be the very symbol of beauty and love and all you need do is open your petals to the world.
You are the dream I had as a child that I thought would never be real.
You are everything I ever wanted an more.
I would be happy just to spend the rest of my life making you smile.
And even if I'm not the most important person in your life, I never notice.
You're just that good to me.
