At my school, which must remain anonymous for security reasons (I don't wanna get beaten and/or raped, sorry eek ) we have an annual senior talent show. Everything in the show must go through a little council of responsible-type people, as would be expected for a school-sponsored activity. Everything went to plan at the show, until a certain boy (who, also, must remain anonymous) sang a rather offensive punk song by anti-flag titled "stars and stripes". However, as offensive to the older crowd as the song was, it was nonetheless approved by the teachers. Our Vice-Principal didn't see it that way. The boy was barred from participating in any other school events, including, but not limited to, a play that he was already cast in, and any sporting activities he should be in.
THIS IS WRONG!!! THIS IS CENSORSHIP!! We, America's Youth, have no constitutional rights until we turn 18. We can't even rebel like our great forefathers did! Give me some feed back on this, people! Help old Saggy Monoko OUT!!!
