Todays dish is very special exclaim It's healthy and delicious scream

Fried white fish, also know as Zeen Bock Yu in chinese biggrin

10 small white fishes( about 7 inches) clean and gutted of course
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 Scallion, white portion only
1 Garlic clove, finely minced ginger
1 Tablespoon of thin soy sauce
2 Tablespoon of Shao Hsing rice cooking wine
1 Tablespoon of sesame oil
1/2 Teaspoon of sugar
1/2 Tablespoon grounded white pepper
4 Tablespoon of vegi oil
Handful of Cilantro

This Christmas was the same as every Christmas. I spent my Christmas alone -_-, but this should not bring Nii Chan down*Rises up* I went and baked brownies and cookies for my neighbors and freinds. domokun I also got an awesome gift *Bah Buh* Strawberry scented candles mrgreen .
