People make me SO mad. I was in my Mythology class, and me a my friends were grouped with some girl. She said that she refused to work with us since we were "Devil worshippers, or something." Now what is that all about? Just because I look different? If I were a devil worshipper, I wouldn't have been friends with her a few years back. We were friends in the 9th grade. Then she got pissed for a stupid reason. Her loss.
From "The Devil Worshipper"
P.S. For those who wish to know, I do NOT worship the devil. As a matter of fact, I don't worship anything...

Anyway, I got the "SATANIST!!!!" treatment too, when I was about 11 or 12. Though that may well have been because me and my friends started talking about Satan to see if people would believe we worshipped the devil. We said that Satan's second name was Mills and he was a red cat with horns and a little pointy tale, and I was his cousin, and he lived in Satania, a secret country in a secret continent. His house was called Hell and had millions upon millions of rooms with everything you could ever wish for to make you happy. Me and my friends all lived there biggrin We had a fine time. I've even written an inane story in which Satan is a main character (being posted, by chapter, in my journal. Don't read it). Also God lived in the neighbouring country, called Sadom. It was a boring, damp kind of country and God's house, Heaven, was a small shack in which resided all those who felt the need for a religion and imaginary people to explain things they couldn't understand. [These are my personal views which I am entitled to and I hope they do not offend. If they do, please do your utmost to ignore me. Also, I am an atheist, just for reference.]
Of course the people at school didn't know all this, but they did know we were different (if only because of our tastes in music and what we wear) and they heard us talking about Satan and hell. And, of course, they naïvely believed that we were Satanists, devil worshippers, withces...
A lot of fun, that was.
Although you probaly would have rather not read my stupid ramblings. biggrin
