Valentine's Day was pretty good for a Hallmark holiday. Don't get me wrong, now. I may sound or act bitter, but really I'm not. I just don't like the holiday. I don't believe that there should just be one particular day every year that one recognizes their significant others.
But that's the day I got my laptop back so I'm not complaining.
I suppose there comes a time in everyone's life where life just seems great. The night before you could have been raving and ranting about how life sucks and yell at your parents and throw a temper tantrum. But the day after, you've accomplished some great task or triumphed in some way that makes you feel that life couldn't be better.
After the debates at my school, I felt as giddy as a bottle of champagne. I couldn't help but feel fabulous as I walked home to my Grandma's. I felt like doing all sorts of mischevious things as one feels when they're on cloud nine. It is a great feeling.
I've also decided that I'm going to try and join a bellydancing troupe. I have no idea if I have enough talent to do such a thing, but I'll try. Plus I also want an excuse to wear a costume. XD

I honostly can't imagine that coming from you... well, I can, but I just didn't think it would ever happen. xp
Anyway, goodluck with that.
I understand what you mean about Valentine's Day though... it shouldn't be just one single day a person shows you care for someone, but everyday. That's like a couple saying they love eachother on their first date, and forgetting it ever happened on the next. Simply pointless... Anyway, My Valentine's day was just as any other day. Typical, boring, and plain out crappy. domokun
