Well, it was a hospital/grocery store, and as weird as that sounds, you could only buy medication. The chequer people were either from House, or Knowledge bowl. And this little boy was talking to a nurse about his knee surgery, and said that I was the one who needed knee surgery. So she gave me fake painkillers that were actually Vitamin C tablets, and started operating. And I didn't like it, so I ran away with a cutty open knee bleeding profusely.
