- Hearing a piercing amazon ringing through the halls, it soon reached Cain's ears. "Ceila? Sounds like her... must've seen something that spooked the hair out of her." He saw a few feet pass by him and suddenley shut his mouth. The shoes were made from obviously somewhere other than Tartia. It wasn't as bright, more on the dark side. "A darke citizen? Did he invade the castle? Unless he came to negotiate... bleh. The day someone actually comes and it's important, I have to skip out. Oh well, I shall still try my best to avoid any work. Today's my unofficial day off."
The yell and shriek coming from the halls echoed through the halls and hurt Salamander's ears as bad as someone right next to a large speaker on full volume. "Augh, she needs to keep it down..." Salamander said, covering his ears quickly and wincing. As he was being distracted by the sound, a man passed by him not noticing, accidentally bumping into him and pushing over to the wall. "Eh? Someone's here?" he thought as his head hit against the wall. "Well anyways, I must go get Celia." He flew down the halls trying to trace the shriek down before the sound rang out of his ears.
Finally seeing the red-head's face running down the hall in her gown like nothing in the world was more important then running away from the spider, Salamander yelled out, "Celi-" then suddenley got caught off by her loud yelling of "SPIDER SPIDER!" Also, the man from before had appeared asking what was wrong.
He slowly flew over to Celia and pressed her lips together, hoping that that would work for a while. Ignoring what the man had to say, Salamander opened his mouth to speak. "Theres a familiar face. Cain asked me to tell you to go outside of the castle and wait for him. He wants to go spend the day for you." Turning to the man who was leaning against the wall, Salamander told him. "Sorry if there was an inconvience if any was made at all. Seeing as how your attire is different from Tartia, you obviously aren't from around here. Welcome to Tartia and have a great time here. Well I must be off now. Master's waiting for me."
Turning around and flying down the halls again, Salamander soon ended up where Cain was.
"K, got your clothing and told Celia to meet you outside the castle. Also some guy's here and he doesn't look like he's around here. Just a piece of advice. Well see ya, it'd be best if you didn't call me anytime until late night, and if you do I won't be very happy," Salamander said. He threw the clothing to Cain and disappeared with a 'poof.'
"Ah okay thanks," Cain replied, catching his clothes. Seeing Salamander disappear, he peeked out of his hiding spot and looked around to make sure was around. Jumping and rolling across the hall, he rolled into a room and shut the door behind him. A few minutes later, he came out with his regular clothing on and his sleeping clothes inside the room. "The maids can just pick that up later..." he thought to himself. He then turned and faced the door that led to outside, he opened it and glared up at the sunlight.
He looked at the village that was only a few yards away from where he was standing. The town was bustling with people, moving all over the place. Guards, merchants, all those people were only a few of those people. "What a great day to go into the town... hope Celia and I don't get mobbed." He sighed and sat down onto the grass, waiting for her arrival.
