As usual it's been quite a while since I've written anything here, but that's alright, I'm pretty sure hardly anyone reads this anyway surprised Life is extremely amazing right now! I've got a HUGE apartment with my friend Jeff, I finally quit working at Cracker Barrel and now have an office Job at a company called Maximus where I work 45-50 hours a week, and have every weekend off. My finances are slowly getting back on track, and I'm saving up to go back to school, as well as to Japan next summer. I'm not sure which is more exciting, though eventually I'd be going to Japan through school anyway, it's still exciting to finally be able to go out of the country!
My parents recently took in a new addtition to the family; a baby squirrel whom they named Nora. The neighbors across the street from my parents had heard strange crying noises for about a day and a half, and when she went to investigate, Nora ended up chasing her golden lab, then ran up her pantleg. Knowing that my mom has raised two other wild squirrels before, she brought her over right away. She's so tiny! Still nursing, but able to eat hard food, I was just over at my parents' house today and she was very energetic and explorative.
Aaaanyway, that's about it, ACen is coming up in a month and a half, so I've been trying to get into shape for it so that I can pull off my Gantz cosplay...but I dunno if I'll be slim enough to do it...if not I'll use it for Youmacon and perhaps Jafax if I go this year.
