Okay, I haven't been around to read all 139 145 pages worth of responses, so here's what I have to say.
First, I am a Christian. Jesus has saved me, and I am proud to say it. That doesn't mean I'm going to walk up to every random Gaian and shove the Bible down his/her throat. However, if Gaia is such a sinful place, then why shouldn't Christians work even harder to clean it up? There's no reason to simply abandon it.
Second, we need to stop blaming God for the problems we are in. God did not cause 9/11, suicidal Islamic terrorists did. He should not be blamed for what his people did. He created us to have free will. We can choose, for example, to follow or not follow Him. The alternative is humankind acting like puppets on strings, even though some people believe we already are. If it was true, then God is not benevolent and created people just to screw with them. If it's all just a ruse, it seems like He's gone very far to convince us, considering that His Son died for us and all. So, yeah, I don't believe the whole puppet thing.
Third, God isn't 'smiting' this country. When the Bible talks about Judgment Day, it doesn't say that only America is going to be affected. The whole world will be. He is not punishing this country. When God does 'punish' us, it will be during Jesus' second coming. One storm that occured over a year ago does not make Judgment Day. We've still got time.
Fourth, I also believe God cannot feel hate. He can feel sorrow, disappointment, and even dislike, but he can't hate us. I believe God loves everyone unconditionally. No matter how many times you denounce Him, if you come to accept Him at some time in your life, He will come to you without hesitation.
Finally, this is what I have to say on the pictures. God does not want people to die in wars, nor will He send a person straight to Hell just because of their sexual preference.
