What a crazy idea for an anime!
People that are born with horns are called Diclonious and they have these somewhat psychic powers.
They have these hands that are sometimes invisible and they an either lift things up, help you to jump REALLY high, or CUT YOU TO PIECES!
This anime was crazy!!!
In the end Lucy sorta~ gets her man, but I'm not sure if that WAS Lucy at the end or what. It just showed her silhouette and the clock chimed.
Hopefully there will be a second season! 4laugh
