Vampires Kiss
Death's cold hand sweeps gently across my cheek,
But when I look up I look not into Death's eyes.
I stare into two deep dark eyes,
Doorways to another darker world.
A woman stands before me, but as we lock gazes I freeze.
My blood runs cold and my head gets fuzzy,
I am there in body but not in mind, my mind is gone . . . flying.
I try to take my eyes away but I can't, I try to move and can't.
I feel her arms tighten around me, pulling me closer to her;
Her breath rolls across my face, smelling like freshly cut roses.
Her hair falls onto my face;
Velvet softness and strawberry shampoo.
My body trembles as her lips brush past mine.
Though she has looked away I still can't move, nor do I want to.
My blood now boils with passion as her lips kiss my neck,
Then pain sears trough my body, she's biting me, taking my blood
Into her, and I feel cold again.
I smell, taste, and feel . . . Death.

I forget everything else
