Wow. I just realized I havn't been on Gaia in a LOOOONNNGG time, and my last journal entry was from this time last year. I have quite a lot or catching up to do....
Lets start at the beginning of the 2011-2012 school year: Officially in high school! Woot!! xD It was fairly overwhelming at first, but things settled into a bit of a pattern eventually, and it really wasn't any different from middle school.
My worst subjects were Geometry and Biology. I'm quite obviously not a math and science kinda girl/: (It didn't help the by Geometry teacher was absolutely horrible and a bully, but thats a rant for another time.) Arts and music ftw! Band was pretty dang awesome, (yes, I am a band geek xD) uhm gym was torture as usual, and I got my permit to drive(:
Throughout the year a met a lot of new people, and made a number of really good friends. One of them (I'll call him TM) has really helped me out throughout the year and even into this summer. While it was overall an alright year, there were definitely some ups and downs, and the downs are what has effected me the most. I won't go into a lot of details, but for a while at was at the lowest I have ever been. Its only thanks to TM that I've gotten to where I am now, and I will never be able to thank him enough for that.
While there has been plenty of pain and heartbreak, things are looking up now, and this summer has been pretty good. I've been doing a whole lot of reading and being lazy, as well as dancing and hanging out with my friends(: Overall, life is beautiful! xD♥
