So, Anxiety..
Man, does it suck. Anxiety is normal, everyone feels it in one way or another. Be it because of a Job Interview or just as a natural reaction to dangerous situations. Either way, everyone feels Anxiety.
There are times, however, where you can feel such immense anxiety, in such LARGE quantities that it... cripples you.
You feel so pushed down by this amount of anxiety that you freeze, unable to move. Although this sucks, It also happens to a lot of people.
What I'm talking about is anxiety which appears for no good reason. I suffer from it, hell my life is dictated by it. I'm fully aware of what is happening and yet, I freeze.
Anxiety is a horrible thing, you sweat, your muscles tense up, you may even feel light-headed.
Nothing annoys me more than Anxiety which dictates everything I do, and everywhere I go. The fact that it occurs for no reason makes it worse.
People say I should think about it less. Seems pretty hard to do, really. It's the same as ignoring the puppy jumping on your lap. Eventually, you're going to have to take notice.
The way it appears and goes without due cause baffles me to no end. Not knowing why I'm getting these random crippling moments of anxiety makes me.. well... Anxious. It's all a vicious cycle which doesn't seem to have an ending point.
Anyway, I'll talked enough about it. What are your views? wink
