Holy CRAP. So someone posted a topic, "remember when you were a newb..." which got me to thinking, which got me to Tekteking my first "dream avatar." The one I wanted so badly, the one I swore I'd never take off when I finally got it.

Every day on my way home from work, I pass this guy going in the opposite direction:
TO A T. I swear to god, the first time I saw him I just stared. Full, ninety-degree-head-turn stare. The man looks so much like a Gaian avatar it's uncanny.
Betcha he's never even heard of Gaia.

So I'm procrastinating cleaning my bedroom, and playing with Tektek, and I found this great effect if you put male eyes on a female avatar. EYEBAGS. So of course I had to tektek myself.
Ayep. Disturbingly accurate. That's coffee in the mug. The cig's vanilla clove. *cough hack*
I rarely every update this (um, ever?), but I feel like letting my Gaian friends what's going on, more or less. Long story short, I'm dropping out of school for a while. Not giving up, I've just decided I'm not ready for it yet. As of now, I'm frantically trying to find an efficiency apartment that I can afford. Tomorrow before work I'm going to walk up and down state street and pick up some job apps, see if I can land a second job. (Efficiencies near State cost around $500, minimum.)
So I'll probably be online less. The Zeep thread dead dead dead. I won't be able to donate anymore, given that eating and paying rent are going to drain what money I have. Hell, I may not even have internet in my new place, I don't know.
I'll miss the cats. I'll miss the free food. I won't miss classes, living with my mother, et cetera. I think this is a big step for me, this moving out, and it takes priority over other things in my life, like Gaia. Maybe even Tony/Trisk. I don't know yet.
So yeah. Just letting y'all know what's going on at the moment.
