Ok. So, a few people here know I went to Colorado. Well, it was for a Native American thing. One of the things we did was find out what we thought we we most like in nature. Some people said they were like water, one said she was like a wolf, one like the sun. I, however, am like the wind. Here was my presentation:
~
I am like the wind. The words that ride upon my breath can sooth, as a cool breeze soothes a hot body. My words can also sting, like the wind can burn you as it carries the sun's breath upon it's wings. Like the wind makes leaves dance around a delighted child, so do I like to make people laugh. I also like teasing people. Sometimes the wind will pull off someone's hat and make them chase it around.
At times I can be fleeting and nearly no one notices me, but when I want to be noticed, you will see. Usually I am quiet and to myself, but if something really makes me mad, I am like the wind in it's highest power. I rage. However, that's not very often.
Considering very few people play with the wind, it has found ways to amuse itself. The trees will usually accompany the wind to make their own music, but for the places with few trees, the grass is always willing to race. I too can amuse myself without the use of technology. Nowadays, most people can't do that.
Our Mother Earth is dying. The wind is left the whistle alone through cold buildings. I too sometimes feel that way.

Yes. That sums up me.... 0.o Yeah....
Maybe some of you guys should try this. Sit somewhere, by yourself, where you can feel the sun's breath, where you can feel the wind's caress, and where you can see the bright blue sky. ^^ Think of your qualities, and what in nature shares them. Try. You might be suprised.

Anyways. I lost my wallet yesterday. gonk That seriously sucked. It has all my ID, my money, everything. stare Erg. However, it turns out I left it at some store sweatdrop . I got it back, money included. I was happy. ^^ blaugh

New Want-to-Read Manga Book: Rizelmine
Has anyone read it? I saw it and thought it looked good.... Cute characters, anyways. And what seemed to be an interesting plot.... Well, let me know. If you read this. Ever.
I get to go to Colorado on the 16th. Happy news! I was one of 25 people they accepted. ^^ The bad news is, my flight leaves at 7 am, which means I have to be there at 6 am. gonk I better get coffee! Speaking of coffee, my Dad and Stepmom are trying to quit.... I NEED my coffee! -sigh- cry I need my coffee...
As for the book I'm writing, it is sadly neglected.... But my drawins are not. Yay, drawing! ^^ I drew a spiffy little pixie, and I want to post it here.... -no scanner scream - Paint seriously sucks. I hate you, Paint! xp It is really hard drawing stuff on Paint, exspecially shading and skin color...
