I am one thing, but can be seen as many.
I am a lost light in the shadows of plenty.
I am the sacrificial advice for a selfish need.
I am why the world is covered in greed.
I am why people question their 'state of mind'.
I am the reason this place is so cruelly blind.
I am the way morals are read.
I am why we speak less of the dead.
Covered in colors and shapes and sizes.
Wondering about our pitiful demises.
A demeanor so weak it's a broken veneer.
A hollow illusion proven wrong over years.
I am human and humane.
Whatever that may mean.
