yeah he did something really stupid and he's kicking himself for it, but he avoided jail but has a court summons in september. he had to make the story really short for me because he had to fit it in a text message because he sold his computer a couple weeks ago so that's how we've been talking lately. very little.

in other news, i finally bought a wii. from ebay. should be here tonight or tomorrow hopefully. supposed to be 2-3 day shipping.
