Hailey stomped all the way to her room, trying to contain the sobs that she had welling up in her chest. Finally she was in her own room as she locked the door behind her and let Shima down. When she got in she found Chibi laying on her bed and he drowsily looked up at her. She shook her head, but forced a little smile at him.

Chibi usually stayed in her room anymore. She didn't know why, but he did. Roy didn't even know about him though. Chibi was to big to be walked down the halls with Hailey, so he found his own way in. He would go back to the side of the building where Hailey's room was, and he would climb the wall up into her window, so she usually left it open.

He jumped down from the bed and looked at her. Shima did the same. She shook her head again and reached for the bag of cat food that she'd taken from Olivia's room. It was getting lighter. She sighed, she would have to go out and buy a new one. It seemed to be going faster, but she knew why. Chibi was more like her pet anymore than he was Envy's, so she had to feed him every night. Though, she didn't mind. They were good and kept her company.

She fed them and made herself something, but she didn't eat it. She ended up picking at it and putting the plate down for Chibi and Shima. No wonder they were getting fatter and she was getting a little thiner. She lay down on her bed and began to doze off again. It seemed all she did anymore was sleep...

Back in Roy's office Hohenhiem sat across from Roy at his desk. He seemed a little taken aback at the news his son was dead, but he reacted very differently from how Roy imagined it. He sighed. "So that's why she got so upset..." He mumbled, refuring to Hailey. Roy nodded sadly. "She hasn't taken it well..." He said quietly. "She won't speak?" Hohenhiem asked. Roy shook his head. "She practically watched them die, and she's lost the will and ability to speak it seems. It may wear off or it may not..."

Hohenhiem nodded sadly. "I didn't know..If I would have I wouldn't have brought it up like that..." He sighed. "Its alright, so won't talk, but I don't think she is mad. She just didn't want to break down out there." Roy said reassuringly. "Maybe I should go talk to her..." Hohenhiem said as he stood.

Roy stood up as well and caught him before he walked to the door. "She's probably asleep...How about you wait till morning?" He asked placing a hand on Hohenhiems shoulder. "Come on, you and me can catch up..."
