So, with my 18th birthday fast approaching I am faced with the eternal question that I am always inevitably asked. Will you find your real parents? And I still face the same answer, I do not know. It would be nice, but I don't know if I could handle it. What do you say to the people who dumped you off on someone else for the last ___ years and never even tried to contact you?
I think I would need a friend to come with me. But who? Would that be appropriate? Maybe I will wait until I have a husband. Who knows?
