Kakashi: “We’re too late….because you, Sakura, had to fall in a puddle of mud, go back home, take a 30 minutes shower, spend 15 minutes blow drying your hair, ten minutes to brush your hair, and another ten minutes to get dressed….”
Sakura: “I said I’m sorry! Besides! It was like raining like crazy out here! And it still is!”
Kakashi: “Well, Sasuke is gone. Might as well pick up Naruto and go back while we – what the heck is that!?”
Sasuke’s body flew over the trees.
Sakura: “Ohmygosh….”
It came closer and closer and landed on Sakura. It knocked her off balance and she fell into a puddle of muddy water.
Sakura: “AHHHHHH!!!! NOT AGAIN!!!!”
Kakashi: “Oh look, it’s Sasuke.”
Sakura: “MY CLOTHES!! OHMYGOSH SASUKE-KUN!! MY HAIR!! OHMYGOSH I FOUND SASUKE- KUN!!!!”
Vanessa landed softly next to Kakashi.
Kakashi: “Who are you again??? Never mind, what happened to him?”
Kakashi pointed to Sasuke.
Vanessa: ...
Kakashi: “O-kay…”A little shy… “Sakura! Get off your butt and get Naruto and Sasuke back to Konaha.”
Sakura: “Y-yes sensei…..” @_@
A few days later, Sasuke wakes up in Konaha’s Hospital. He winced as he tried to sit up.
Sakura: “SASUKE-KUN YOU’RE ALIVE!!!!”
Vanessa sat at a dock overlooking a pond. She sighed to herself. She gazed at her watery reflection, and closed her eyes and basked in the sunlight. Gaara was walking along the sidewalk and stopped short when he saw her.
Gaara: Hm? She looks familiar…Oh wait, wasn’t she the girl who showed up at my doorstep on my birthday?
He walked towards her. When he got close enough, he set his gourd down and sat next to her.
Gaara: “Hey.”
Vanessa: “AHHHH!!!”
Vanessa opened her eyes, lost her balance, and fell into the water.
Gaara: “Oh! I-I’ll save you! Oh wait, I can’t swim…. And sand + water = mud….”
Lee happened to be walking by at the moment.
Lee: “Huh? A drowning person! I’LL SAVE YOU!!!”
Lee ran and jumped into the pond and lifted and Vanessa by the back of her jacket.
Lee: “You okay?”
Gaara: “S-sorry…”
Vanessa looked at Lee, then at Gaara. She got up and loosened Lee’s grip on her.
Lee: “Did you not know that this pond is shallow?”
Vanessa got up and ran.
Gaara: “Hey, wait!”
Gaara and Lee ran after her.
Vanessa ran to the tallest building in Konoha. Amazingly, she flew up the stairs and got to the roof in no time. Gaara and Lee were just behind her. She was on the edge of the roof when they had caught up to her.
Gaara: “Wait!”
Vanessa stopped and looked back at them one last time. She smiled at them, spread her arms out like and eagle, and jumped off the roof, committing suicide.
