Gaara and Lee ran to the edge of the roof and looked down. Nothing. No blood. No body. She had jumped off the roof and disappeared without a trace.
Gaara: “Let’s go.”
Lee: “Where?”
Gaara: “Anywhere other than here.”
Lee: “Are we going to look for her, Gaara-kun?
Gaara: “…Yes.”
~Konoha Hospital
Sakura: “Sasuke-kun!!! They’re going to let you out of the hospital!!! biggrin ”
Sasuke: “When are you going to leave?”
Sakura: “When you pack up!!!”
Sasuke: “I think I can manage from here.”
Sakura: “Are you sure Sasuke-kun?”
Sasuke: “YES.”
Sakura: “Okay Sasuke-kun! I’ll be waiting!!!” With love!!!
As Sakura leaves, Sasuke breathes a sigh of relief.
Sasuke: *sigh* Finally, some alone time…
Kakashi: “So I heard you’re released from the hospital.”
Sasuke jumps on hearing Kakashi voice. He turns to see Kakashi standing by the open window.
Kakashi: “Better get packed up, Sasuke.”
Sasuke: “Kakashi-sensei? What are you doing here?”
In the streets of Konoha…
Sakura: *sighs happily* “I can’t believe it took so long for Sasuke-kun to recover! But now that he’s released, I can finally give him my love and nurturing…”
Naruto jumps out of a tree and lands in front of Sakura.
Naruto: “SAKURA SAKURA SAKURA!!!”
Sakura: “AHHHH!!! NARUTO YOU IDIOT!!! YOU ALMOST SCARED THE LIFE OUT OF ME!! NOW YOU’RE GOING TO GET IT!!!”
Naruto: “B-but I have something important to tell you! Believe it!”
Sakura: “I DON’T CARE!!!”
Sakura raised her fist and brought it down hard on Naruto’s head. But she didn’t hit Naruto. Vanessa had blocked the hit.
Vanessa: “What are you doing? Hitting defenseless people for no reason?”
Sakura: “Huh? Wha???”
Naruto had his hands over his head for protection. He looked up to see his savior, and screamed.
Naruto: “I was saved by a girl!?! WOW!! You’re amazing! Believe it! Thanks a bunch! My name is Uzumaki Naruto! I love ramen! Especially cup ramen! I just hate the three minute wait for the cup ramen! One day I’m going to be Hokage of the Hidden Leaf Village!! BELIEVE IT!!”
Vanessa: “Okay.”
She turned and walked off. Gaara and Lee walked up the road and stopped where Naruto was.
Lee: “Hey Naruto-kun! Have you seen a girl wearing a black jacket anywhere around here?”
Naruto: “Uhhhhhh…are you talking about that girl that Sakura’s running after and will possibly beat up?”
Gaara started running in the direction that Naruto pointed.
Lee: “Thanks Naruto-kun! Wait for me Gaara-kun!”
Naruto: “Hmm…This might be interesting...”
Sakura: “YOU LITTLE BRAT! DON’T YOU WALK AWAY FROM ME WHEN I’M TALKING TO YOU!!!
Vanessa: *yawns and stretches* “Oh. Look. I’m walking away. Walking away… Oh no, whatever shall you do?”
Sakura: “DON’T MOCK ME!!!”
Sakura picked up speed and punched at her. Vanessa dodged in time and Sakura hit the ground.
Gaara: “Hey!”
Lee: “Sakura-chan!”
Sakura: “Oh, well if isn’t my loyal Lee and that other guy that almost killed me…” -_-‘
Lee: “Ah-hah! Finally I have caught up with you….What is your name again?”
Vanessa: “Um...” *takes a shy pose*
Sakura: “I’m sorry Lee, but I was finishing up some business with that girl!!! MOVE OUT OF MY WAY!”
Lee: “Yes Sakura-chan!”
Sakura: “TAKE THIS!!!”
Sakura had a huge boulder raised over her head. She threw it at Vanessa. Vanessa dodged it and the boulder landed with a loud THUD where she had previously stood. Sakura and Vanessa engaged in hand-to-hand combat, with Sakura doing the fighting, and Vanessa doing the dodging. From a distance, Naruto could be heard.
Naruto: “C’mon everyone! Over here!”
Naruto came running down the road with Hinata, Kiba and Akamaru, Shino, Ino, Shikamaru, Choji, Tenten, Neji, Temari, and Kankuro.
Shikamaru: “This is troublesome…”
Naruto: “I don’t know who to root for! Sakura-chan, or the other one!”
Kiba: “Why would you cheer on person you don’t even know?”
Naruto: “I might not know her, but she saved me from being pounded into dust! Believe it!”
Vanessa stopped and turned towards huge crowd of people that had appeared.
Vanessa: Oh…..great…I don’t like fighting with a lot of people around…
Sakura saw an opening chance and grabbed Vanessa hair. She immediately let go afterwards.
Sakura: “EWWWWWW!!!! Your hair’s all greasy! Take a shower!”
Vanessa ignored Sakura’s remark and ran off towards the forests.
Sakura: “WHERE ARE YOU GOING NOW?!”
Sakura and the gang run after Vanessa. Sakura and Vanessa climb a tall tree and resumes fighting.
Naruto: “Hey! What’s going on!? I can’t see anything!”
Neji: “It is destined that one of them falls.”
A yelp of pain is heard from above. As the spectators look up, they see Sakura falling towards them.
Vanessa: “Ha! That’s what you get for –”
The branch snaps from beneath her feet and she too falls out of the tree.
Lee: “Do not worry, for I shall catch one of you!”
Sakura: “AHHHHHHH!!!!”
Lee catches Sakura.
Lee: “How would you like to be my girlfriend now that I have had saved you twice?
Sakura: “Ewwww, no! Get away from me!”
Lee drops Sakura on the ground.
Lee: “I shall catch you too!”
Vanessa falls on her butt beside Lee.
Lee: “Whoops, guess I missed, heh heh heh….” sweatdrop
Vanessa: “It’s okay. I’m used falling and tripping over myself.”
Sand starts to wrap around Vanessa. She looks up and sees Gaara hovering over her, glaring at her intensely.
Gaara: “You’re not getting away this time.”
Temari: “Gaara! There you are! I’ve been looking all over for you!”
Tenten: “So Naruto, tell me again, why they were fighting?”
Naruto: “They -”
Sakura: “We were fighting to prove who was the strongest and the best!”
Vanessa: “…What? We weren’t -”
Sakura: “YES WE WERE!!! WHO ARE YOU GOING TO BELIEVE NARUTO!!!” *points fists at Naruto*
Naruto: “Y-you of course!” sweatdrop
Choji: “Hm? Why didn’t you just say so! We can have a competition!”
Shikamaru: “Wow, why didn’t I think of that?”
Sakura: “That sound like fun! Let’s do it!”
Vanessa: -_- “Why me?”
Ino: “Hey! I want to do this too!"
Hinata: “C-can I participate too?”
Choji: “Of course! Let’s see…since I thought of this, I want the first part of this competition to be…cooking!”
