It was a gorgeous cathedral. All white and bright. The walls were purely white. As snow. Or even whiter. Inside, two tall and slim women, dressed with clothes as white as the cathedral walls, prayed to the statue of an angel. A female looking angel, wearing just a piece of clothing wrapped around her hips. Her chest was uncovered. The hair had long soft curls. Her face was pointing at the floor. Her eyes were empty... frighteningly empty. The eyebrows and mouth had displeased expression. The whole image was intimidating.
The women finished praying and blessing a cloth. They were identical twins. And they acted in perfect synchrony. They ended their ritual saying:
-Angel of Mercy, (and a muffled whisper).
Then they covered the statue's eyes with the cloth. They covered their heads with mantles and proceeded to exit. A orange haired girl stopped them:
-I confess, I confess! I DID IT! I, BERRY JILLY FROM HUNG TOWN, AM A SINNER! I have sinned terribly, and I come here in repent! I NEED FORGIVENESS.
Her voice was truly desperate. Her face was covered by tears and snots. Her eyes were red. She had been crying before. The Holy Twins had no choice but to kneel to be able to look close at Berry (who, by the way was a lot shorter than them) and they both tried to comfort her the best they could.
MEANWHILE from behind the Angel of Mercy statue, Nonno and Areme sneaked out. Nonno climbed the statue, untied the cloth that covered the Angel's eyes and tossed it to Areme, who catched it and hid it under his jacket. Then they bot ran like speeding arrows, past the twins and Berry and out the cathedral.
Then Berry suddenly got up saying:
-Well, I have repented now, I have forgiveness, I can feel it, FAREWELL!
And she ran behind the boys. The trio met up behind the cathedral, took the first chariot with a gummorse attached to it, jumped into it and made the gummorse ran as fast as it could.

-Is it good enough, No?- Said Berry pointing at the cloth.
-Yeah. Replied Nonno. - Did ya get food too, Areme? I'm starving.
-No - said Areme oppening his eyes widely and blushing a bit.
-Ah, no problem, I got some - said Berry with her kitty like smile - Just enough to get us to the next town.
-We may be thieves, but we are also good people, huh, Berry? - Said Areme with an "OMG sarcasm" face.
Berry punched him in the arm. He laughed as he rubbed the punch. Then Berry took out three bottles of a very thick and sweet beverage called "spange", handed one to each boy and keeping the last, then the three opened the bottles, cheered and started munching the pieces of bread, cheese and tomato that Berry managed to steal.
-How's Marimo, No? - said Berry all of a sudden.
-Still surrounded by toys and hot witches and loving hunters.
-Ah - replied Berry, with an almost sincere smile. Then she whispered "Angel of Mercy... close your eyes"
