Shayra walked into my living room and threw her twin scimitars to the floor. "Nice place ya got here, given the circumstances." she said, flopping down on a chair. "So, Fluffy, who are these two?" she asked as she squinted at Doriyan and Chai, now sitting on a couch together.
"Oh, sorry. The dude is my best friend Doriyan, and the girl is his fiancée, Chai." Doriyan waved sheepishly. She continued squinting. "A... Half-Elf, I assume, and a Full-Breed Nekomimi? Man, you two are gonna have some weird-a** looking kids!" she remarked, laughing. They glanced at each other, and Doriyan began blushing strongly; maybe Chai was too, under her fur. "Well, abandoning that subject entirely, I wanted to ask what you've been doing lately, Claive." Doriyan said. I sat on the other couch and got comfortable, so I could begin my tale.

"Well, a few weeks before you went on your quest, I found out about a place called the Chromozone Flux School of Battle, which sounded like an interesting place. It was located on a different plane, but I was able to scrounge up enough cash to get there by the Planar Travel Hub. I packed up some essentials, and long story short, I arrived and got enrolled to learn Shoxx-Style Ninjutsu." Doriyan shot me a quizical look. "Physical and supernatural abilities derived from manipulation of electricity." I explained, and he nodded. "After that, I got to the guys' dorm and was surprised to find Shayra here was my roommate."
"Wait a second, please," Chai said, "why was there a girl in the boys' dorm?"
Shayra shrugged and replied, "I can't stand living with women. I love hanging out with guys because they don't give two farts about fashion trends or celebrities, and neither do I. Besides, splitting up the sexes is discrimination, and discrimination sucks a**."
