Ok, I do love working, it gives me monny and I did get a 5 cent raise, but come on some of the people I get stucked with are just a headache. So, that dosen't count for the people I like to work with, I think they rock. Well I just finaly finished reading/ ranting/ hating my Employee Evaluation one of the things I hate on it is my Knowledge of Jobs
I know almost EVERYTHING about the positions their I can use any cash register. I was the first on that register. I also can do the front counter. I clean the dishes, mop, scrub, cut bread, make the pizza's, cut anything, and make other types of bread. I'm compleatly loyal, heck I'm a bloody angel there. Trust me its hard. But what really rocked me was they said I don't know squat! SQUAT! Grrr, frustraiting really.
Appearently my attendance is also poor, I only missed one day with no one to cover my shift ONCE! And thats because I was given the wrong schedual! I sometimes don't get breaks because I forget about them and thats my fault, but I normaly wait to be asked unless I feel like I'm about to pass out.
I always give 110 percent ever day that I'm there, heck I have even asked for more hours on occasion! I went from a compfy desk job and having everything I wanted to a pizza place. Yah I should be a little lackidasical, but I'm not. I am cheerful, perky, and always as nice as can be. So sue me. Not really.
