“She accepted!” Joe shouted jumping up from his chair.
“ Who?” I asked suspiciously. Me and Joe’s taste never really matched.
“MUSICGIRL22” He walked over to me and pushed towards the computer. “go on receive your destiny”
“ Receive your destiny?” I laughed. “you sound like a stupid sales commercial”
“Stop stalling and talk to her” he winked at me. I hesitantly sat in the chair and looked at the message on the screen. “I’ll leave you alone” Joe said leaving with a smirk on his face.

I paced my room waiting for any sign that he was going to talk but every time I looked at the screen it was always the same thing.

I finally gave up after…9 minutes ,settling back into the rocking chair rocking back and forth. My eyes were half way closed.

I jumped up startled. I glanced at Annabelle to see if she had awoken, but she was soundlessly asleep. I brought the now hot lab top onto my lap. My chills slowly fading by the intense heat.
