Well...
Tales of Celestia
To all of you reading this from our guild, this is merely a made-up after story plot to what might have happened to Ruki many years after the (possible) death of the Legion (I'm not saying I want us to die off! This is just my imagination running wild. XP )

Tales of Celestia

"A single-sided coin cannot exist. That is, without the care of it's neighboring half, it would be as darkness without light, death without life, and hate without love."
~Ruki Mikashiro

Chapter One
Awakening

"Had it ever been so dark before? Not that I could recall, at least. From what I remember, it wasn't this cold before, either...Wait a minute, I can't even remember being here. Why? Where am I ? Am I...dead...?"

...

The sun rose slowly and quietly on a cold winter morning. The trees were stripped down to bark, and the pines were frostbitten to the core. Birds scratched helplessly on the hard ice and snow, unable to trace any food. The snow had stopped, and only the gurgling of a small stream that had broken free of winter's cold grasp could be heard. The air was still, but the sheer cold was still as powerful as ever.

Suddenly the cold earth began to shake, and lose snow collapsed to the round from the branches of nearby trees. The poor birds gave up just as they were spooked by the sudden shaking, and fluttered off to search elsewhere. The sun rose higher, detaching itself from the horizon. The earthquake subsided, and all returned to normal, or so it seemed.

Beneath the snow, a blue light shone, slowly melting away the ice above it. The ice began to crack, and a huge beast arose from the cold, broken land. The creature had a pure white coat, pointed ears, and a bushy tail. It resembled a wolf. The beast shook it's fur, ridding itself of chunks of ice that had attached to her gleaming coat. She stood silent for a moment, taking in the warmth of the sun she had been deprived of for so long. She lifted a paw, and tested it's strength. She let out a snarl as a sharp pain binded her ankle. She could not remember when this could have happened, all she knew now was that she would not be able to travel on foot. She stood for a moment, staring off into the distance.

She turned her head to learn her surroundings. A small, wounded village sat nearby, and not many people seemed to occupate it. Closer by, she caught a familiar scent. A little ways away were the burnt, snow-covered remnants of an old building. Her pure blue eyes widened, and she felt as if she knew this building once. She longed to open the memory that had sealed itself long before. It was a wasted effort.

As her head strained to remember this building, she felt a new pain, a burning in her neck. She could feel her muscles tighten, and she cringed. Her whole skeletal structure seemed to be shifting. Her front legs roe from the ground as her spine straightened upward. She lost her fur, only making her even more aware of the cold. Her paws took the shape of human hands, and the same happened with her hind paws to feet. At the same time, another great earthquake occurred. This time, however, a loud roar was heard, that even seemed to be the cause of the quaking earth. The girl, now having a human appearance, turned her attention to the direction of the cry. Her hair grew long, and her tail disappeared, and three scars were left in the place of the pain in her neck.
