Bending Backwards and working out
So over the weekend i had some kind of bug/virus in me that made me feel horrible, and then i started my period, and the pain was unbareable. with me being me ide rather suck it up and get on with my life. So i decided "Hey misa why not work out and do some yoga?" so i just started doing that causeide rather be active while sick than have to deal with the weight gain involved with not leaving the couch for 3 days XD. The first two days were nice and relaxing and then the next day i could feel all the mucels in my body every time i moved. But now that i fell better and my cold (or whatever its called at this point) is almost gone my body feels great! i knew that working out durring a period helped reduce cramps, but apparently yog helps with colds XD who knew? sweatdrop
