The top half of Raziels face and head is covered with the remnants of his mask, ontop of that his mask is covered with something that resembles a visor. The visor alows him to judge the exact strength of his opponent and translates that into a figure allowing him to calculate how powerfull certain attacks can he and what if he can either stop them of needs to avoid them.
Abilities:
Raziel based his whole fighting style around speed. The faster you can attack the faster you can win. He seeks the person who is fast enough to keep up with him so he man show his hidden strength
Personality:
Raziel is cold, bloodthirsty and hates to be kept waiting. He is constantly looking for a powerful opponent to fight and a great leader to follow. His repect can be hard to earn but when it is he is completely loyal and a powerful allie.
Biography/History:
Raziel was once, like every other Arrancar, human. He lived to serve his Lord in the era of ancient japan when wars were fought by samurai between feudal Lords for dominance and power. Raziel was one of the best swordsmen of that era but like most he was overconfident. His lust for blood and war was legendary and unmatched. He fought armies single handedly killing hundreds. But like you read earlier he was overconfident. At the hight of his fame and power he challenged a wondering warrior who he said trespassed in his land. Without a second thought Raziel launched out but before he even knew what happened he woke up a different creature in a forigne land. As soon as he thought about what happened his memories vanashed leaving him a mindless hungry creature. Raziel had been slayn and was now nothing more than a loley hollow.
One thing however remained, his bloodlust and hunger for combat and power. That is what drove him and urged him to destroy those around him eating and absorbing their power. Over and over again he fought for counless decades until his body reached its limit. Contorting and shifting, his bones rearranging and reforming. Finally after a number of agonising moments he came too. His body completely different and his mind aware once again of his surrounding and capable of self thoguht. His features now resembled more of a demonic entity then anything else.
He continued his power hungry rampage decimating Hollow after hollow until finally he met another warrior type creature in the same situation as him. Something in his memories felt like they were reminding him of somthing but he knew not what it was and pushed them aside. It was just like the time he face that cloaked man as a human but this was different. His bloodlust was even more fierce and his will to fight greater than ever but now he could control it more and he seemed to be able to keep his cool. The battle started and continued for 3 months and in the end Xero was victorious. During the battle his mask was damaged and it shattered when the fight finished. The power he obtained from the battle was enough to push him over the final hurdle and his body changed again. Unsure of how he would look this time Raziel just allowed the porccess to take its course. Shock wave after shock wave eminatted from his body. He felt like he was being ripped apart. An explosion desimated the area in a 2 mile radius and when he came too his body had retained its original form. He was once again human looking. At his side was a katana which he named Souseiki(Genesis). A mad laugh erupted from his lips and began his journey once again to become the strongest.
Over the course of his wars he fought more and more powerfull eneimes defeating them and gaining their power. After an unknown amout of years he gained the name Raziel of the flash for his speed was unlike anything ever seen in Heuco Mundo before. None could rival him other than the fastest of Aizens personal guard, the Espada

Personal Techniques:
Flash Sword: With this ability Raziel is able to move his sword faster than any other creature can see. It appears he does not move but infact he would have drawn slashed and resheathed his blade before the person even noticed. He can use this attack any number of times but it does drain his energy so it number of uses is limited. But to just how many times he can use it is unknown to anyone.
Negative Flame Cero: A ball of black and red negative energy forms at the palm of his hand. Its power is believed to be equivilant to that of a Gran Rey Cero but can only be used in his released state so far and unlike a normal Cero when it hits it lights the area in a 30 meter radius of where it struck in pitch black flames white crimson red smoke. The fire is unable to be quenched and will eventually go out in 3 days and 3 nights. The draw back to this power is he can only use it once per fight and if he does or is forced to use it, unless he has a lot of energy left it will be his last attack and he will return to his un-ressurected form. He is training non-stop to be able to fully utilise this power.
Diamond Hid: In his released state Raziels skin becomes next to impenetrable. But it is a technique he can turn on and off and each time it is activiated it drains reiatsu so he cannot use it or have it equiped perminantly
