Hair: White, to his neck, with speckles of pale blue towards the tips. Bangs swoop to HIS left. Hair is kind of flippy at the ends.
Body type: 6'0'', lanky.
Short personality: Goofy, laidback, perverted, attention whore, hates being alone, always has to be busy, a clown.
Distinguishing features: Black-framed semi-oval glasses, small white wings that stretch out from his back at waist level (they're speckled blue at the bottom, just like his hair).
Outfits: Hates overconstrictive stuff. Likes pants and long-sleeves, and muted blues and neutral colours.

DETAILED PERSONALITY
Josh is a total clown, always doing something goofy or outrageous for attention. Not only does he do it for others, but he also does it for himself-- he likes having people watching him, and being able to mess around and not think about the few bad things lurking in his life.
He's also rather perverted, even going so far as to put tiny mirrors in his shoelaces, or 'accidentally' trip, just to sneak a peek at a cute girl's panties.
He's crazy laidback, and there are very few things that push his buttons-- though if you figure out one of them and use it against him, bad s**t will possibly go down.
He loathes being alone or having nothing with which to occupy his time. He always has to be busy.
He believes in living life to the fullest, and tries to enjoy every day as if it were his last. Dreams big.
JOSH'S PAST
Joshua was the result of a military weapons project that involved creating a being who looked relatively harmless to begin with, but could become an incredibly aggressive, monster-like 'weapon' on command.
He did not cooperate with the military, however, and was deemed a failure-- they attached a tracker to him, and took him hundreds of miles from his place of creation, in hopes that the difficulty of integrating into actual human society for something so completely inhuman would bring him back to them.
For now, he tries hard, and has actually been getting somewhere in his new life. However, he finds it difficult to combat the self-destructive thought trains that come from the knowledge of his 'species,' and thinking upon them for too long leaves him in danger of convincing himself that he really is nothing more than a weapon. This results in the monstrous side of him emerging until he has either destroyed everything within range, or is pacified somehow.
ALTERNATE FORM/ABILITIES
If Joshua ends up convincing himself he is nothing more than a weapon, or if he is pushed to believe that by some outside force, he will become a bird-esque monstrosity.
As a monster, he grows much larger and bulkier, becoming like an oversized mutant cockatoo. His feathers are white with pale blue speckles, and he has a strange messy feather crest extending back from his head.
His eyes become large and blank, and his beak exhibits a strong curve. The incredibly violent and rapid change from human to monster results in a constant trickle of blood from his mouth (and at the same time, changing back will have him coughing blood for a short while as well).
His arms become like wings tipped with talon-like claws, and his legs also become much like a parrot's-- zygodactyl feet (two toes in the front, and two in the back) with strong talons. His waist wings become larger and lengthier (although he isn't capable of flight).
He moves erratically unless he is attacking something, his muscles sometimes twitching and spasming. In this form, he mostly makes loud, inhuman screams and squawks, and when he does speak, his voice is weak and warped.
As the weapon, Joshua is incredibly resilient and can take a lot without falling. In a perfect military scenario, he would be close to unstoppable-- though this isn't the case. He is constantly fighting himself in this form, trying to hold himself back, and this causes him to move slowly and hesitantly, leaving himself wide open. If he's knocked down, he won't be getting back up unless you decide to stand around and wait a while.

The closer he gets to changing, the bigger his waist wings grow. He has tried to cut them off, though they eventually just grow back
His real 'name' is WP13755. He hastily picked out the name 'Joshua' from a billboard ad after being picked up off the side of the road by an old couple shortly after being dropped off on the mainland.
Despite being a weapon, he was engineered with a decent amount of knowledge about the outside world, mostly to help him blend in if he ever, for some reason, had to be around people for a prolonged period of time before carrying out a mission.
Petting/stroking/messing with his wings is comparable to scratching behind a cat's ears-- it feels nice to him.
His glasses were supposed to be temporary, as his poor eyesight was only a glitch to be fixed, though he was gotten rid of before that could happen.
His favourite food is red curry.
He learned the violin while he was still with the government.
