TLLF: Chapter 2 Part 2

Secret

Before entering, Sasori stood at Deidara’s door, trying to think of what he would say to Deidara when he went in. After a few minutes of thinking he decided that he wouldn’t say anything, just drop it off then leave. Sasori opened up the door. To his surprise, Deidara was sound asleep in his bed. He had fallen asleep in his cloths and was on top of the blankets. His bang hung down in front of his eyes and his hair was untied and draping across his shoulder. Deidara was breathing slowly while Sasori stood in the doorway watching him. Sasori closed the door behind him and quietly walked over to Deidara’s bed. He set the puppet, gas mask, and note on the bedside table next to Deidara and just stood looking at him. Sasori took a step closer and sat on the bed next to Deidara. Sasori’s face turned a shade of pink and he messed with his hands a little. Sasori moved his hand over to Deidara’s face and moved the bang away from his eyes. Deidara’s face was peaceful with sleep and his breathing rattled ever so gently with every breath. Thoughts were running through Sasori’s mind. This was something he had never felt before. Why was he feeling these feelings for another guy? It was strange to him. Sasori didn’t understand what he was feeling. He put his hand on his heart. Why is my heart throbbing so gently he thought. This is so strange. It’s as if my body can’t control itself. I must get away from him… Sasori stood up and walked toward the door. Before he went out, he shot a last glance at Deidara, then hurried out the door. Sasori’s heart was beating fast and he almost ran back to his room. Once inside, he quickly shut the door and leaned agents it. His heart began to slow down and was back to normal in about a minute. But Sasori still stood by the door. His eyes were wide and his hands were shaking. What’s happening to me? He thought. Why am I feeling this way for a reckless kid? Sasori looked at his hand. Could it be I have fallen for him…? But why? He’s a stupid kid that doesn’t understand anything. What is it about this guy, who has managed to slip through the case of my heart? It’s to confusing for me. Sasori clenched his fist. What would happen if he found out? Would he reject me? Would he call me a plank boy again? Or would he consider my lov- Sasori shook the word out of his head. Being in love would only cause problems for the clan and he wasn’t about to raise the leader’s suspicions on what he was feeling. He would surly get kicked out for feeling such things. Sasori walked away from the door and fell on top of the bed. He buried his face in the covers and clenched the pillow in his hands. “ I’m in so much trouble…” he said.
