OMG So last night was one of the most epic nights of my life!! It started out with going to The Lion King Broadway musical, which started at 7. The Lion King was already one of my favorite movies, but this just made me love it more!! heart I kept singing along with most of the songs, since some weren't from the movie, and was even quoting the lines from time-to-time. IT WAS AMAZING!!! heart heart
While I was waiting for the play to start, I sat in my chair and wondered if it would be possible to go see a movie that night as well with some friends since I won't be down again for a while (which is now a lie, because I'm coming down for a while Saturday xP). So I text both Krys and Owynn if they wanted to check the movie times for me. Owynn responded first and I asked for the movie times for Paranormal Activity, since I really wanted to see it. The last showing was at 10:17 and I wasn't sure when exactly when I would get out, so I said I would call/text him when the play ended. Then Krys called me during intermission and I told her the plans as well.
The play got out at about 9:45 and I tried getting out of there as fast as I could to make it, but it was obvious I wasn't going to make the 10:17 movie so I asked Owynn to look up more movie times. The latest showing was 10:45 for Couples Retreat, which was a movie we objected to; however, it was the only movie we would be able to make it to since we got to the theater about 10:50. We met up with Roy and Krys at the theater, got our tickets, and went inside. it was then and only then we found out...WE HAD THE WHOLE THEATER TO OURSELVES!! As soon as I told Krys and Roy, they ran inside of the theater acting all crazy and stuff. Plus, throughout the movie, the four of us were shouting things at the movie, throwing things at the screen, and just being obnoxiously loud.
It was probably one of the best nights of my life, besides my birthday party two years ago. Anyway, after that we hung around the completely empty mall and parking lot a bit before I went to take Owynn home. Well, first I had to go get gas at the nearby 7-11 and I decided to buy Owynn and I a Slurpee as well. Note to self: Do NOT let Owynn make a Slurpee unattended O_o; He fails at it... The people at the store probably thought we were high or something....
