The morning was a warm one and the people of the village began to stir about. they walked from their houses to the village square to begin work, but to their horror a gruesome sight awaited them. in the square laid the bodies of three villagers. their corpses were all mutilated and ripped apart, on the ground was a message written in their blood.

" I am among you. I will slowly rip you up and feed on you as i have these three. this isnt a warning, or a clue to find me. this is a promise. a message to let you know ur life is short."

The Villagers stormed out to a house on the outside of the town and burned it to the ground. They left a message in the ashes. You are forever banished Demon. show your face in our village again and we shall do to you as we did your home......

"wow, so is that how you came to be here Axl"
"Yes i dont wish to leave until ive taken care of that demon" said Axl sowing away at Gekkou's clothes
"so then it wasnt you right."
"no no no for one i loved that village, for two i dont like to eat human, i like human foods i eat like any other human."
"wow interesting."
"so what is your story then Gekkou?"
"m-m-my story?"
"yeah"
"wellllll......you dont seem like a power hungry demon so i can tell you....i have been cursed to be a special type of person....they call me the Goddess of the Power....the tale goes that whoever receives the ultimate act of love from me will gain unimaginable power......and most demons reconize the ultimate act of love as...as...."
"sleeping with you"
" mhm" Gekkou said softly as she shivered,"and according to the legend i dont have to give consent for this act......one demon had me captured and was planning on....on....raping me for the power....but i ran and ran and ran and he sent the Salins after me as you saw..."
"thats....thats terrible."
"mhm" said Gekkou as she curled into a ball near the fire
Axl walked over to her and handed her the kimono, "dont worry, if you feel like staying here for a night or two, you can take my bed.i like to watch the village anyway.
"a-a-are you sure"
"mhm, get some rest your probaly beat from all that runnin today ill be out here."
" okey" she curled up in Axl's bed and stared at him through tired eyes.
this is the first guy...ive ever met...who doesnt want my power.....
she slowly drifted off into sleep.
