Amazing, all I had to do was use the 1,040g I had to buy a vending license (making that 40g) and then put my jacked-up cape in my shop for a buy-now price of 5,500 and within 5 minutes The_Transmogrified bought it from me! Suddenly, I had 5,540g, which was all I needed to get my current dream avi! After buying the jacket and pants, however, I am back down to 2029, which is still more than I have ever had in the year before I bought the vending license.

I still have my really jacked-up pants on there for the same buy-now price, and it is also a bid. I also am waiting for someone to confirm a donation (from him to me) of 1000g.

This has been the happiest day I've had on gaia... ever! My avi received a total makeover and I made new friends (how cheesy is that). I'm still more poor than the majority of people one gaia, but it doesn't matter at the moment. My Jacked-up pants are a bit less than the majority of the ones on the market, so I'm sure I'm bound to get something for them.

I have also recently decided to join the "Polls Galore" guild, which should help.
