skills/abilitys: Her controls over ice have become extremly weak, and slowly growing are her extremly unstable powers of monochromicisum, when any bit of her tail or her horns show, she can control the blood streem and flow of anything around her, transform into black fog, 'flash step' at extremly fast speed,along with the basic power of controling darkness, she can also devour spirits, or even grab the right out of the soul streem to be eatten.
weapons: her umbrella looks harmless, but it can transform into a 6.5ft syth, it ways over 100 pounds but she can swing it as if it were nothing.
Backround story:
Blue in a heavenly decendent, her mother was the angel of ice and she has inhareted her powers and the possblity for her to live 30,000+ years. She used to spend most of her time in demonic's forest, untill she was drawn out of the forest by a strange spirit, she spent almost a week tracking it, untill she gave up. After being lost for almost 2 mounths, she just gave in and made her own camp to relax. Blue was 'rejected' by a true monochromic, which made her infected, and cursed to become a monochromic devil. For the past year and a half she has been stuggleing to cure her self, but all of her attemps have failed. As a last resorte, she has found her was back to demonic's forest to possbly say good-byes, or to hopefully discover a cure...
Weakness: Sunlight (for over 3 hours) fire, extrem heat, neon colors.
strengths: Complet darkness, when ever her tail and horns are present or when something with a blood line walks by. She also can gives off an extremly horrorfing pressure when she devours a spirit, which makes her hard to aproch or been even 5 ft near.
Monochromic powers: Spirit devouring, control of darkness and blood, and her tail as a 3erd arm. Monochromics also cannot be infected by things like vampire-ism, werewolve bites, or even zombie pleg, there blacken blood pervents normal infections from entering the blood strem.

A monochromic is a "Black and White Devil" there skin is extremly pale and there blood is completly black and if someone happens to bite one, they become monochromic to. Mononchromic are weak to sunlight and heat, and can die easy, but there powers and control over elements is far beyand the strenght of normal demons and devils. True monochromics are far weaker then the ones who are bitten, a true monochrom takes the form of a strange shadow animal, and they devour any thing with any sort of persure what so ever, demons, devils, ghost, animals, and if they get the chance, gods. Bitten monochromics and the strongest of all, and thoughs who chose to bite monochroms are simpley in the middle.
