The school holidays~ Ah, it is such a great time. It's the time when books are thrown aside and fun happens. Usually people take this time to get a job, or hang out with friends, or engage in various co-curricular activities they signed up for...
Not me. I prefer wasting away the holidays by being a useless bum. That's what I did -- aside from one or two of those days out of the six weeks when I actually went out and did something. These past few weeks all I did was laze around my laptop and bed. Sigh. I'm that kind of person huh? Well here's a reason or two to ponder:
Being physically alone is really enjoyable. You feel less of a waste of space, you feel less needed too. That means less pressure and more relaxation. No one to disturb you (except that one person), no one to annoy you (except that one person) and no one to make you feel emotions (except that one person)...
Yeah I emphasized on "physically" earlier because I'm not really alone, I do talk to some of my pals through a Facebook group... And that one girl (that one person) on Skype, she's very kinky lovely and very kinky awesome, oh and also very tsundere xP very, um, fun! Ehh. I ran out of words, sorry._.
Besides, who doesn't like free time? ... Yeah okay, silly workaholics and liars. But I am not a workaholic! I'll squeeze out as much free time as possible from my schedule and use it to either play games or use the Internet... Sometimes doing the two simultaneously.
Oh yeah, I played a tonne of Borderlands 2 since it came out. In terms of hours I've played for more than 150 hours already. That's half in just under 3 weeks of the total number of hours I've played on Team Fortress 2 over 2-and-a-half years o.O Impressive ain't it? Nah. That sentence sure sounded iffy.
Borderlands 2 is damn fun because I love guns -- all 87 bazillion of them. Not just normal generic guns you find in COD and "realistic" shooters, guns in the Borderlands universe are quite the thing. You have different manufacturers producing the different kinds of gun found in the world: Tediore makes disposable guns, for example, and their guns don't reload! Instead, you toss it at your enemies like a grenade and another copy of the gun appears in your hand. Style-points for a kill or two. Or the Torgue guns that feature slower-moving Gyrojet bullets but when it hits it don't just simply hit -- it pounds into the flesh, hard, by exploding on contact. Imagine a triple-barreled shotgun filled to the brim with such bullets. BRING THE RAIN.
Damnit, ran out of coffee supplies... Twice ever since the holiday started. I love my coffee. It's also 6am now.
I know I'm gonna have a headache reading this later.
