Sitting on the small table infront of the couch, I stare at my brother. He lays still, battered and broken. I've removed his jacket and shirt to bandage him. Lady has left, remembering another job she had to attend to. Nero stayed a while after him until I told him to go home. I attempted the same with a Trish, but that was a failure. Now, shes sitting on the couch next to Vergil.
Trish,"It's late, you should get some rest."
I shake my head,"Take the bed. I'm gonna stay out here."
She nods and gets up,"Good night. If you need me, don't be afraid to get me."
She leans down, kisses my forehead, and goes to bed. I look at Vergil. So many thoughts are filling my head...He's in for it when he wakes up. He probably won't wake until morning though. His stomach has a huge gash on it and his bodies filled with bruses. I might as well just go to bed and deal with this when he wakes up. I grab two blankets, covering him with one. Being winter, it gets cold at night here. I take one last look at Vergil, then lay down, falling asleep as soon as I lay down.
